The mass protests and killings have not just happened once nor twice.. but many times already...however with control over the people like that of a totalitarian, the government of Myanmar, the Junta, have pretty much caused their own troubles in the first place...
If u read the papers, a mass protest was staged by 3000students, in an attempt to overthrow, or improve the living conditions of the people in Myanmar. When did it happen u might ask.. well well.. it occured in 1988... but in order to maintain its rein over the land, the government kept this happening under cover.
I find it really hard to imagine the torture and pain the people have gone through..
just think, what was supposed to be the richest country in southeast asia after it's independence, it has now stooped to so low a level, transformin into one of the world's(tats right.. the WORLD) poorest country... Anyone would know the amont of resources the country has... Be it Human o Natural... how could the People of Burma(the name of Myanmar back then), be put under such physical and emotional stress, working their guts out all day long in the farms, plantations and so on, while the noblity live it up in their luxurious homes?
and if u tot the rising prices in singapore could kill... hear this... the price of chicken alone was raised by half within a span of one year... god knows how much other daily necessities cost.. Farmers continue to sweat under the sun to earn their keep, just to keep the family alive, with most profit going to, as expected, the Junta.

the sheer imhumane act of killing those who actually feed you sends chills down my spine...
they even barge into temples to kill the monks... THE MONKS FOR GOODNESS SAKE..
wad wrong have they done for fighting for equal rights for humanity? the ones whom you seek for spiritual help, dying at ur own hands... have the police been brainwashed? have they no mind to act on their own will? have they become mindless fools tat act upon the beck and call of the junta?
HAVE THEY NO GUILT~?!
have the junta itself alone, posess a heart, posses the right mind,
to even rule a country?
i wrote to express my feelings on this hot topic goin around in the news.
Monks being bashed to death, while the junta lavish on life's pleasures... the thought itself irks me... my heart goes out to those who fight for what belongs to them and die in the process of doing so...I pray that theird death be not in vain...
I believe, justice will prevail, and reign over the land that have been ravished by cruel, greedy leaders that have lost their humanity, their conscience and their guilt.
